With 11 pieces of dual plane, 2 dimensional, CNC wire formers capable of running wire thicknesses from .120"-.250" (1/8" to 1/4") and 11 additional pieces of high-speed resistance welders that add support wires to frames, Ver-Mac has the expertise and the capacity to fulfill your needs in a virtual limitless range of wire dimensions, producing consistent, reliable products.
In addition, our 11 pieces of roll forming equipment allows Ver-Mac to produce your products consistenly and efficiently, providing our customers with short lead times. With engineering support and tooling experts available, Ver-Mac is able take your product from concept to production!
